Also this meal is good for bowels issues and constipation too.
- 5-7 plums
- 1 tsp cocoa
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 3 tbsp oatmeal
- 250 ml kefir
Put the 100 ml water over the plums. Cover this and put aside for 10 minutes. In another bowl mix the cocoa and flaxseed and add the kefir. Mix nice and cut the plums in pieces aside. Add these mixes together. Blend until smooth and refrigerate.
If you feel strange after this, it means the breakfast works and after 3 days you will get used to it.
